the room was large. i enjoyed the kitchenette. the location was excellent with many options nearby. a welcome email was sent and it was easy to follow the instructions to enter the room.
the floors were slippery when wet.

the kitchenette includes a fridge , a microwave , and a kettle. everything looked very clean. this allows for easy meal preparation and beverage making within the suite.

the location is near a cruise terminal and multiple restaurants. museums and shops are also close by. a plaza is a short walk away , about three minutes.

i stayed in a family suite and it resembled the pictures online. i was allowed to leave my luggage in the room early, perfect after the long journey. the location is great because it is central to everything. the staff was lovely!
i could hear some noise at night coming from a nearby restaurant despite the double glazing. there was only one comfortable chair in the suite.

the nearby restaurants had many options! there was a lovely café just a minute away with delicious pastries, perfect for a morning treat. the variety was very nice!!!

the staff answered all my questions immediately. they were available via whatsapp. female staff were in the office daily to help with anything i needed .

the kitchen has pretty dishes. the bed was very comfortable. the shower is great. lots of hot water exist and good water pressure is present.
there is no human contact at check in.

The check-in process lacked any personal interaction as there was no staff present. Concrete floors became quite slippery after a shower. I also noticed a lack of shelving in the shower for toiletries. The television was small and located far from the bed.

the television was quite small it was also positioned far from the bed. there were no shelves in the shower to put my toiletries i had to put them on the floor. the restaurant below was noisy at night the double glazing barely helped.
